For a direct desktop installer or Windows and macOS installation help, email support with your computer model and operating system. We will direct you to the appropriate official release.

Include your purchase email, order reference, desktop app version and device ID if available. Let us know if you need activation help, a device transfer or help with a desktop licence pack.

  • Whether the issue affects one source or several
  • The source type and approximate time of the problem
